Mountain Smoothie Cafe started with a simple idea: Knoxville deserved a place where real food felt special again. No powders, no shortcuts — just fresh fruit, real butter, and recipes that take time.

We opened our doors on Maynardville Pike with a dream of building something our neighbors could be proud of. Every smoothie is hand-blended, every pastry is baked in-house, and every guest is treated like they've come to visit friends.
